2014!  Just found out on Christmas Eve that I have Diabetes 2!  Really?  I can't believe the food I eat is killing me, its time to make a change!  I am considering this my Christmas Present and will find a way to take on the challenge of beating this and becoming "Hot" and healthy!  This will be my year for revival, rejuvination, and restoration in every way.  Lost everything in Hurricane Sandy, I mean everything! So in every way.....I begin new this year.  No kitchen right now so it is not easy to know what I am eating but I will try to make good choices and exercise!
